It’s ok for her…
“She hasn’t got 3 kids to looks after”
“She doesn’t have a stressful job like I do”
“She get’s paid to look like that”
Ever muttered these under your breath before?
Have you ever wondered what it really takes to have a
‘model physique’?
You know these bods you see splashed all over
magazines…
Or on Facebook with quotes like “She Squats”…
It motivates some people but it also puts a lot
of women under a lot stress and pressure to look like
I realize that most of you probably don’t want to be
body builders or land the cover of a muscle magazine.
But most of you DO want to drop body fat, increase
muscle tone and look better. I think we often compare
ourselves to the women on magazine covers and then
lament about our fat thighs or belly rolls in
But what does it really take to look like THEM?
And more importantly, is looking like that worth the
suffering it takes to get there?
You might already workout pretty hard and put the effort
in with your eating habits?
Perhaps you have really stepped it up recently
and still dont have your goal body?
OR maybe you are just starting out but are not
sure what to expect?
Here is the thing,
Fitness models take their physique VERY seriously
They literally account for every gram of food
they eat.
They know exactly how much protein they must
have at each meal, (Weighed and measured)
Exactly how many carbohydrates.
Exactly how many grams of fat to eat each day
Exactly what supplements they will take on board
Exactly what ratio of protein. fat and carbohydrates
to eat in their meals during the day
E.g low fat, high protein and high carb meals in
there ‘post workout food’
Moderate fat, high protein, low carbs in their
other daily meals,
Which additional supplements they take for optimal
health, function and hormone balance
i.e. fish oils, zinc and magnesium, greens,
probiotics,
Have I lost you yet???
Seriously! They account for and cover EVERYTHING.
They’ll have like ONE ‘non clean’ food a week, which
will be like 1 desert or 2 glasses of wine
AND
They’ll do this CONSISTENTLY for YEARS
That’s how tough it is to get that kind of body.
Its 100% achievable but you gotta be 100% dedicated
I’ve done stints of similar stuff myself over
3-4 month periods and seen pretty good results
But these guys are next level.
Anyway whats the point of this?
Well look its like this - at ProjectU our aim is to
get you the results you want, with the minimum required
effort on your behalf
MOST of our clients DON’T want to look and live like
these models
They just want to lose the unwanted fat, feel more toned
and feel comfortable in their favourite clothes.
Like Sarah…
It’s much simpler than it’s made out to be.
And this can be done by…
- eating 3 healthy meals a day each containing a good
amount of protein carbs and fats.
- having 2 meals per week (or drink and meal combos)
that are not complient 🙂
- drinking 2 litres of water per day
- training with us 3 x per week
(so you perform the correct training with the right
exercises, tempos, rest periods and progressions)
- work on getting enough good sleep
When you break it down like that it doesn’t sound so
intimidating does it?
‘Normal’ people like you lack the motivation to stick
to it long term and that’s where the battle is.
But what if I showed you a handful of useful tips that
