3 Ways Not To Feel An Un-Co-ordinated Mess When You Exercise

3 Ways Not To Feel An Un-Co-ordinated Mess When You Exercise

I have been in this awesome life as a coach for about 8

years and it still makes me laugh at the amount of women

who cannot get their left and rights correct when

they exercise.

They can multi task pretty well… some (cough)

But left and rights, naaa!

Take this morning at ProjectU’s Monday Boxing;

(Great to let off some steam by the way)

I’m giving out orders.

  1. Technique
  2. Positions
  3. Timing
  4. Combinations

They all go well until they actually get to #4 and

put it into practice and it all some goes to pot.

Only for some mind.

Some members take to it like a duck to water.

Just last week I had the gang doing super sets which

involved a lunge variation with a jump after each full lunge

but on the same leg for 30 secs.

1 of our fairly new members just did not get how to do it.

So after a few minutes I hooked my self under her right

arm and got her to follow my lead.

After a couple minutes of what felt like me lunging her

down the ile, she got it.

We are currently teaching a lot of new ladies on the

team their lefts and rights, along with many other

secrets and liberating ways for them to get in the

best shape of theirs lives.

And I’ve noticed a huge difference between the ladies

who get it, to those that don’t.

Do you know how they get better at all this diet &

exercise malarkey and improve their co-ordination and

eating habits.

1.They practice and practice and practice what we teach them.

2.Then they action what they have learnt.

3.And they do it DAILY!

I know you may have been waiting for a secret answer that

revealed all but the truth is it all comes down to those

3 things.

Most of our ladies train about 3 to 4 team training sessions

a week.

45 minutes a session.

So about 2 hours and 30 minutes a week.

Not much time to get body toning results that stand out like

a fart in a lift, right?

Obviously theres more to getting in great shape than just

exercise that’s where we will teach you build your scaffolding,

the fundamentals of nutrition and the correct mind set.

All simple stuff once you’ve been shown the better way.

But then you’ve got to apply it.

So are you up for the challenge of losing between 7-14 lb’s

in the next 4 weeks?
