My Birthday Shenanigans

My Birthday Shenanigans

Last week I turned 25.

I had the usual celebrations with the
usual suspects including food, drink,
partying, late nights and all things nice icon smile My Birthday Shenanigans

hungover My Birthday Shenanigans

Think it’s pretty much over now until
next year.

I’m a little tired but nothing a bit of
exercise and sweat can’t sort out to get
back that feel-good-feeling…

Believe me, it works wonders if you’re in a bad
mood!

Thinking back to everything that’s happened
over the last year, there’s been a lot of
lessons learnt and mistakes made.

Some I’m not too proud of but hey-ho life goes
on, right??

We learn and get on

The good things always outweigh the bad 10
fold…

25 is not as old as people keep reminding me.
However, I feel it’s revved up my engine to
get more done and to stop slacking.

We human beings are great at procrastinating
and finding ways to not do what’s important.

People do it all time.

They leave goals till they are totally fed up.

Always talk about starting but never do.

Find an excuse because it’s too hard

Never really commit to something that will
change their life.

Never prioritise their life to create an
environment for change.

And so on.

My point is this…

Whenever you look at people’s lives they create
a set of rules, which stop CHANGE from
happening.

Kind of like self-defence but without the

Which brings me to this question.

Do you know what stops most people from taking
action on their goals?

The answer isn’t a wishy-washy one.

I’ll tell you next time, but have a think about
it and take a shot at answering the question.

I bet you don’t even come close, because
the answer is too simple.

Till next time
