Doing things that are complicated
are hard aren’t they?
They are as frustrating to the point where
you want to pull your hair out, give up
and try it again another time.
Ring a bell at all??
Of course sometimes something hard
can feel rewarding when it’s done to…
But to get to that rewarding part needs
a lot of work and persistence.
It’s like blood, sweat and tears
This is why so many diets don’t
work long term because they
aren’t sustainable for most people.
They don’t work with your lifestyle,
your hormones, your cravings and
energy levels.
They make life too complicated and
not ‘diet’ friendly…
We at ProjectU fitness
camps focus on making things LESS complicated
to help all our members understand
the principles of a SUSTAINABLE lifestyle
To learn about the affects of food.
What they do in your body.
How they affect your mood.
Your energy.
Your sleep.
Where they make you store fat.
I like to call it the ‘Low information
diet’
Information that is ‘jargon free’ and usable
in everyday life for…
When you go shopping
When you cook your family meals.
When you decide to eat out.
When you fancy something and to not feel
guilty for eating it.
To understand how to use the principles to lead
an easier life, with less stress about your
diet and eating.
I can tell you now, you wont find any fad diet
that teaches you this
Just reading this make it sound simple
doesn’t it??
That’s because it is, but a lot of
fad diets don’t show the simple science to
to help you understand this stuff.
Here’s an example…
A takeaway pizza will react differently
in your body, than a home cooked meal like
salmon and steam veg.
The pizza will trigger off a tidal wave of
insulin while the salmon and green veg
will minimize the release.
You can’t let points and syns make decision
on what you should be eating.
Only you should be making the decision on
what’s good and what’s bad.
Once you ‘get it’ like the recent finisher
of the 6 week body transformation team.
Your diet/eating will be so much more fun, stress free
and enjoyable…
Nothing can beat that and im sure you’ll agree!!
