Afternoon gang, its Friday once again and I’m here with another week with the ELW updates. I feel I am letting you all down. Results haven’t been as good as I expected and the numbers haven’t been dropping. But not to worry I will deliver. On a positive note all the contestants report that although they didn’t lose any weight this week, their cloth are falling of them, they have more energy than ever, and they haven’t been this weight in a very, very long time.
These guys have discovered the healthy lifestyle. Now what I need to do it get better at what I do and help the guys lose over 7 lbs over the next 3 weeks.
