Willpower is a right pain in the a** and
a very long topic to discuss in one email
so I’m going to cover one part of it
in this email.
My willpower hits zero if I know I have a nice
selection different cheese’s in the fridge,
organic butter and a selection of freshly
baked bread.
Hmmm, my mouth is gone all watery thinking about
it.
That’s why I never have it in the house
(only on special occasions like Christmas…)
If I could eat it everyday and still
maintain low body fat levels I would, without
a single doubt.
So sticking to peppers and full fat hummus
until my body decides it can burn the daily
truck load of extra calories
Being a food lover like yourself I know and
understand what it’s like to want to eat
something so bad nothing can stop you.
Food is so convenient now it’s easier now
more than ever to constantly feel hungry
all the time.
And rarely feel satisfied with what you eat.
It makes us lazy…
There lies most people’s problem.
A lot of the food people eat are so poor in
nutrients, your body is literally crying out
for you to eat more food that’s nutrient rich…
Iceland’s £1 chicken meal anyone??
…Which is why people always go for the cheaper
quicker and more convenient options to satisfy
the hunger and not reason with willpower.
Have you ever been quite hungry and thought…
“No I wont eat the treats in the cupboard”
But you eat it anyway.
“I’m not going to eat the cake that the staff
have brought into work today”
But you eat it anyway.
“I’m not going to eat the biscuits at the
office desk”
But you still do.
Let me put it this way…
How do you expect your body to feel full when
you keep eating meaningless calories which
don’t feed your body PROPER food.
That put a spin on things didn’t it??
No wonder why you’re always reasoning with
willpower because you no choice but to argue with
it.
The truth us, it will never go away until you get
the fundamentals right.
