Snickers, The Fuel For Fat Loss?

Snickers, The Fuel For Fat Loss?

Check this out…

“I grew up being told having a

snickers before working out

or running was a healthy choice

because it had a bit of sugar in

it to keep me going and it

had peanuts in it which where

good for me.

Fuel for the body I was told”

You should have seen my face… :O

An American clients relative said

this to her!

Only in America.

I’d be VERY worried about the

UK education system/diet industry

if someone said that to me in the UK.

People will believe anything

they these days.

That’s why I hate fitness magz.

All a load of rubbish most

of the time.

Remember when the low fat craze came in?

(I wasn’t actually alive then, but know

and researched it icon wink Snickers, The Fuel For Fat Loss? )

It was everywhere ***LOW-FAT and

CHOLESTEROL FREE***

PAHHHH!

But people rolled with it and

look at the problems it’s caused.

I have to beg some people to eat an avocado

because they are so fat-phobic!

‘Ohh I can’t cook with coconut oil, have you

seen how much fat’s in it!’

Surely something that grows naturally and isn’t

processed has to be good for our body??

Image if you did have a snickers

every time you were going to exercise

You’d put a 1-2 lb a week if you

exercised 5 days a week!

Made made, processed, loaded with sugar,

and cooked in rancid vegetable oils isn’t

what the body needs.

Let’s turn this around

Ditch the energy drink, the piece of fruit

nuts, whatever it is that you have

before you train.

And replace it with a tsp of

coconut oil before training

I personally guarantee you will

notice a massive difference.

The worrying thing is.

I’d love to eat junk everyday and

still maintain high energy levels

and have toned muscler body.

As sad as it is, that will never happen.

(hmmmm twix)

Junk food tastes great but it will

never give you the energy, the body and

happiness you deserve.

I realised this during my kebab selling

days 6-7 years ago.

^^^^You can’t out train a bad

diet^^^^

Question what you read, do your studying on it,

or get expert coaching…

Time to get some nuts!

Organic, sugar free of course… ;-P

Jango

PS Seriously, try the coconut oil. Sounds vile

but the benefits are BEYOND amazing!
