YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER - ITS A STATE OF MIND

How bad do you want it?

That’s the question I want to ask so many people week after week.

So I’m asking you.

How bad do you want to make change in your life?

Week after week I get 5 – 10 requests for info, trials, about Jango health & health fitness Boot Camps and the programs we run here. Over the past 6 months, we’ve accumulated almost a 250 prospective clients.

Yet our boot camp sessions comfortably fit 30 to 40 committed members each week.

Why?

Why do so so many people give up in less than a week? Why do so many people hand in the towel so soon? Why do we live in an “I just can’t do it” world.

You give a person commitment, accountability, the tools, the education to achieve and to better the way they look and feel in life… and when you really dig down deep to it, it all come down to mind set.

This day and age people have gotten out of the habit of reaching a long term end goal. We’re so used to having and getting things now that when it comes to achieving results physically (despite the fact that it took years of bad habits to get here), we give up WAY to easily. If it doesn’t happen overnight and effortlessly, we grow bored and give up.”

Something that’s difficult at start will get easier as you go on through your training. You can train your conscious and subconscious mind to help you do this.

Let’s go into a bit more about training at my camps…

Say you’re a new member and you couldn’t complete a full workout or struggle a hell of a lot. Perhaps your weight keeps you from doing a proper burpee or a bench jump without fear of injuring yourself. Maybe you can’t run a mile… much less walk it.

I’ve seen clients come in and through sheer willpower and a mind set shift, have succeeded in doing the “impossible” By the same storke, I’ve seen clients with half the weight loss goal come in and completely fail…all because they don’t want to have to exert any effort.

It’s not a great state to be in.

I was speaking to a couple GP’s last week and the amount of people that go in about there weight it through the roof. They come in and expect a miracle pill that the GP can prescribe to help with there weight and they are not prepared to put in the effort all because of their state of mind. I hear people complain about how they can’t lose weight and there friends can so easily or “I find it difficult to eat healthy” or “my life is stressful so I eat bad”

Daily I hear these excuses all the time… and when I offer them a solution to their problems, they suddenly aren’t interested or can’t be bothered to make change.

I’m here to tell you that NOT ONE SINGLE WEIGHT CHALLENGE is impossible to overcome.

You have a heart condition? You are a diabetic? You had knee surgery? Your back is bad? You gained 60 pounds with your last baby? You have an addiction to food?

All of it can be overcome.

The doctor who offered people that catch phrase in the 1960’s didn’t suggest that you could mind warp yourself into an easy life. You couldn’t brain ninja all the bad things and have them filled automatically with good things.

You have to want it so bad INSIDE, that you’ll completely change how you view life.

  • There is no “I can’t.”
  • There is no “Tomorrow I’ll start.”
  • There is no “Well if the trainer were better, I wouldn’t have to struggle.”
  • There is no “Gimme the easy way out.”

Instead, it’s replaced with the complete mind transformation of…

  • “I CAN do this impossible thing.”
  • “I WILL make the sacrifice of (gas budget, time, money) to achieve the amazing results I want.”
  • “I am responsible for my OWN success.”
  • “I understand and embrace that this road will be long, hard and possibly disappointing at times. But I won’t give up. Cause I’m not a quitter.”

Every single client I have watched make a transformation in their bodies has had to work for it. It was a long and hard journey for most. They had to push through soreness and pain to achieve the desired effect.

And with every SINGLE one of them, it was a mental victory long before it was a physical one.

Now write down 5 things you can do TODAY to win the battle.

Ask yourself, “Can I…

  • … skip the fast food for lunch and pick up a healthy wrap and bag of baby carrots instead?”
  • … replace that can of soda with an unsweetened (or honey sweetened) ice tea?”
  • … go for a walk on my lunch break instead of sit at my desk?”
  • … avoid a candy bar for mid-afternoon snack and choose a healthy granola bar or handful of raw nuts?”
  • … go home after work and force myself to put workout clothes on and complete a brisk run or intense resistance workout?
  • … clean out my freezer and fridge of all processed foods?”

Or… if you need the help of someone who has struggled with this mentality shift too, pick up the phone and schedule a consultation and a 1 week taster today.

I’ve been through this struggle.Every one of the clients who work out here (or have in the past) goes through this struggle of the mind.

You’re in good company with the struggle and the BEST company if you want to surround yourself with people who have overcome and can tell you how good it feels to be on this side of the struggle.

Today is the day.

Make the change you so desperately want and make it right this second. Only you can control what happens in your mind.

Even the “exceptionally gifted” talents we envy had to work hard to get where they’re at right now.

The sports stars are out conditioning in the field and in the gym for hours each season. The musicians and actors spend countless hours perfecting their skills. The sexy toned football mum down the street is at the gym or on her walk every morning, regardless of whether the baby kept her up all night or the husband wanted to treat her to dinner yesterday.

It’s all about your mindset.

How badly DO you want it?
