It confused the hell out of me at first and made
me think long and hard about it.
I bring it down to this, it’s what people know
and find comforatble.
Us humans don’t like change. It’s daunting, scary
and difficult to adjust to. So people stick to what
they know best.
Ask yourself this. How long can you go on
like it before you get fed up with the same old
cycle, after starting over yet again??
It’s a sure way to ‘kill’ any further results you
want.
Thing is if you get it right, you will never have to
keep starting over, EVER!
The only way it should ever be!
This problem comes from decades of misleading
marketing and the false belief of a quick fix.
Sometimes the best thing is to step away
from what you know and discover a better way.
If you think about it, in a way we dont like change
but without it we will never improve on what we
have…
Change is vital to get out of the place you’re in
now, so you can become a better versoin of yourself.
If you’re happy the way you are then that’s cool.
